#SELECT (BBA Madagascar Vanilla) is a blend of imperial stout aged in the following barrels: Basil Hayden for 28 months, Elijah Craig for 28 months, Willett Bourbon for 17 months and Willett rye for 14 months for a combined blend age of approximately 22 months, and then dosed with Madagascar vanilla. 

Madagascar vanilla is the most common vanilla variety. It is what everyone recognizes as “vanilla,” when you say the word and think of the flavor. It is the quintessential cooking, confectionary vanilla and it is absolutely delectable. Our vanilla supplier is a top tier vanilla nerd, and much the way we select our hops, she selects her lots of vanilla.
