For our ninth anniversary we wanted to showcase some single barrel streams of beer that make up our barrel aged program. This is 1 of the 3 barrels that make up the blend known as “Streams,” presented on its own, unblended. 

This beer is our “house” stream of stout aged in our favorite all around barrel: Willett. It is fermented with our house yeast. We think of this as our “base,” base stout, so to speak. It was aged in Willett bourbon barrels for 38 months. 

Willett is one of our favorite barrels to age stout in. We think this beer is a great example of why we love it so much.
