Our beloved house pils.

Featuring a blend of some of our favorite noble hop varieties and built on a classic pils malt base, we adore this beer.

It pours a bright gold with a beautiful creamy, white fluffy head. We taste floral notes with undercurrents of lemon zest, a touch of spice, and some whispers of honey all wrapped up in a soft, yet crisp and quaffable package.
