Shelf Premium is our double barrel aged stout series.

For this version we aged our base stout in a 1792 bourbon barrel for 23 months, before transferring it to an A. Smith Bowman bourbon barrel to be aged an additional 18 months for a combined 41 months of total aging time in fresh dump bourbon barrels.

The result is a truly sublime and delectable example of why double barrel aging can provide unrivaled and unique character to stout. We hope you love it!
